2009 Team Captains:

Our volunteer Team Captains are the lifeblood of the organization.  Each Captain has his or her own area of responsibility and they often have several volunteers working on their teams.  Together the Team Captains form the "Executive Committee" of the Lakes Festival of Lights.  All planning and major decisions are done by this group. 

We sincerely thank our wonderful team captains.
